The Hamilton County Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) application is still accepting applications. This program was created to provide housing stability for renters affected by COVID-19. Qualified renters can apply for financial assistance to help cover past due rent and/or utility payments. Learn more or apply HERE. The Westfield Farmers Markets will take place every Thursday from 5 - 8 pm through September 30 at the corner of Mill Street and Park Street just south of the Grand Junction Plaza in downtown Westfield. Limited parking is available at Westfield Friends Church on Union Street or in the public parking areas located around downtown. Check out the Facebook posts for information on what the vendors will be selling!Every fall the Hamilton County Soil and Water Conservation District (SWCD) brings you a wide selection of native trees and shrubs for your landscape and conservation needs. This year 11 new native species have been added. Indiana native trees are the best choice for your project because they are uniquely suited to our soils, weather, and pests AND they have unique and crucial relationships with the insects, pollinators, and birds our ecosystem depends on. The tree sale is the SWCD's biggest annual fundraiser and all proceeds go right back into conservation in Hamilton County. Get more information HERE.
