Learn more about the Indiana Housing Rental Assistance Program HERE.

The Indiana Family and Social Services Administration launched the Be Well Crisis Helpline, a confidential resource available through Indiana 211 that will allow Hoosiers to call and speak with a trained counselor 24/7. The free Be Well Crisis Helpline was established by FSSA’s Division of Mental Health and Addiction in direct response to the elevated levels of stress and anxiety Hoosiers are experiencing due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Earlier this month, the Rotary Club of Westfield Indiana helped the Township with some outdoor yard cleanup on several homes. We appreciate their dedication and commitment to helping the residents in our community. See photos.

On Aug. 15, Open Doors held its’ annual Back to School Backpack Give-away. The Westfield Friends Church hosted the event in their Fellowship Hall. Marcia Evans, Angie Edwards, Beth Hoard, Resa Glover and their team of volunteers prepared and conducted a very successful program again this year. Over 230 school kids received a backpack and the supplies they needed to be successful in school this year. In addition, each child received a cool Westfield Rocks T-shirt, underwear and socks. We wish our kids all the best in this different and uncertain school year.
