Workouts with Rich
We have some exciting news to share! Rich Ford, a certified personal trainer that teaches our Core and More and Total Body fitness classes every week, will be hosting online workouts.
You can now workout with Rich every Monday, Wednesday and Friday as he brings his workouts to you. We will upload videos to our YouTube Channel (bit.ly/WWT_workouts) every Monday and Friday morning and also share them on our Facebook page.
On Wednesdays, join Rich for a live video workout at 7:30 pm where he will give tips and you can ask questions. Login Wednesday on your computer or download the Go to Meeting App to join on your smartphone.

I hope you are enjoying your spring break and have been able to join some outside time. Through next week, I am going to be posting some of our favorite recipes from over the years of Cooking Camp on our Facebook page. Please post your photos once you have made the recipes
You can make these while you are at home for your whole family to enjoy. Most of these recipes will contain ingredients you already have around the house. Be careful not to eat everything you make. Some will not be edible :). Look carefully at the recipe and you might just see yourself from the year we made these recipes at camp. Have fun and enjoy your days away from e-learning.
