Trustee Aid

The Trustee is here to help the residents of the Washington Township in times of crisis. The Trustee does not provide any long-term support or relief.

However, if you have a sudden, unavoidable problem, we may be able to help with basic necessities of life:
  • Food
  • Clothing
  • Shelter
  • Medical
  • Essential utility supplies
  • Household supplies

Apply for Assistance

Fill out this state mandated assistance application (PDF). We have a few options on how you can get the application. You can print the application to bring with you to your scheduled appointment, making sure not to sign the form. You may also stop in to pick up your packet and schedule an appointment with the Township Office by calling 317-574-9490 ext. 2 or email.
